The updated policies explicitly ban deceptive audio—content designed to trick listeners into believing a human performed the track—and the unauthorized replication of a real person's voice or likeness. To further curb the flood of AI content on commercial platforms, Suno is introducing new download policies aimed at blocking the mass distribution of generated files to streaming services.
