Anthropic has released a beta version of a Salesforce integration plugin for Claude that allows users to directly manage their customer accounts, sales opportunities, and pipelines within Claude. The plugin includes 37 pre-built sales-related features such as meeting preparation, deal reviews, pipeline dashboard generation, and submitting sales forecasts.

Currently, this feature is available to paid plan organizations that apply through the Salesforce beta registration process and receive approval. Specific usage conditions and detailed application methods can be found on Anthropic's official blog and release notes.
