This shift introduces a hidden risk for those early in their careers. System intuition and debugging instincts are not innate; they are forged through the friction of trial and error. By removing every obstacle and providing the answer instantly, AI removes the very struggle necessary for cognitive growth. There is no shortcut to strong reasoning that does not involve the act of reasoning. When the process of deduction is outsourced, the developer incurs a long-term intellectual debt that eventually comes due during a critical system outage or a complex architectural pivot.
